From Proof of Concept to Growth Readiness: Supporting RESTA’s Next Phase
At Motion Wave, we don’t rush clients into visibility.
Before social activation, before paid campaigns, before turning the volume up, we look for something more important: proof. Proof that a solution works, that it solves a real problem, and that the organisation behind it is structurally ready to grow.
That’s where Brimstone Psychology and RESTA are now and we’re so proud that another local business in Ipswich is winning awards on a national stage against industry house hold names.
This Award That Validates the Hard Work Beneath the Surface
RESTA was named Wellbeing Resource of the Year at the Education Today Awards 2025.
It’s an important milestone, not because awards are the goal, but because it validates the work that’s been happening quietly behind the scenes.
RESTA is still in its infancy. Until now, marketing activity has been deliberately minimal. There has been no heavy social activation, no aggressive promotion, and no attempt to push growth before the foundations were in place.
This recognition confirms something important:
the substance came first.

Building Evidence Before Exposure
Over the past year, the focus has been on case studies, research data, and proof of concept.
That work has resulted in:
- RESTA becoming an industry partner with Suffolk New College
- Significant internal investment into RESTA because of its demonstrated value
- Adoption driven by trust, not noise
These weren’t vanity signals. They showed that RESTA was solving real problems inside real organisations.
Making the Business Ready Before Making It Visible
Alongside proving the model, Brimstone Psychology focused on something many organisations overlook: operational readiness.
Before building brand and marketing foundations, there was deliberate work to:
- Restructure internally to support growth
- Move staff into roles that better support the clinical team
- Improve operational efficiency so delivery could scale sustainably
This ensured the organisation wasn’t just visible, but capable.
Too often, growth exposes weak systems.
Here, the systems came first.
Where Marketing Played Its Role
Where marketing did play a role, it wasn’t loud.
It was tactical and targeted.
The focus wasn’t amplification for its own sake, but making the supporting research and paperwork understandable, and clearly showing how RESTA solved real organisational issues, building backlink’s from existing work and citations to help AI overviews and build the company’s knowledge graph ( in plain English, we helped Google understand the business).
Dr Esther Borrett’s research and published papers are grounded in complex human behaviour and conditioning. Our role was to translate that depth into clear, actionable language, connecting academic insight to everyday realities schools and colleges face, staff pressure, emotional load, consistency of support, and organisational resilience.
This wasn’t about simplifying the work.
It was about making it usable.
Building Visibility Where It Matters: LinkedIn and Brand Alignment
As RESTA moves into its next phase, our social media management and tactics becomes more intentional, with a clear focus on LinkedIn, to activate the strategy.
For an evidence-led programme operating in education and organisational wellbeing, LinkedIn is where meaningful conversations already happen. It’s where leaders, practitioners, partners, and decision-makers engage with ideas that influence culture and policy, not trends.
This isn’t about chasing reach.
It’s about reaching the right audience.
Blending the RESTA and Dr Esther Borrett Brands
Growth won’t be driven by RESTA in isolation.
A key part of the social media strategy is blending the RESTA programme with Dr Esther Borrett’s professional brand, ensuring the authority, credibility, and research behind the framework are visible and trusted.
That means:
- Positioning Dr Esther as both founder and thought partner
- Using social content to connect research, lived experience, and practice
- Allowing expertise to drive trust, not marketing claims
This isn’t influencer marketing.
It’s intellectual credibility, shared clearly and consistently.
Social as an Extension of the Work
Social media won’t sit outside the work, it will extend it.
Content will focus on:
- Translating evidence into practical insight
- Showing how RESTA works inside organisations
- Reinforcing clarity, consistency, and sustainability
When done well, social media doesn’t distract from serious work.
It helps people understand it.
Poised for the Next Phase
RESTA’s journey so far is a case study in doing things the hard way, and the right way.
Evidence and proof of concept first.
Structure second.
Growth third.
We’re proud to be supporting Brimstone Psychology as RESTA moves into this next phase, confident that when visibility increases, the foundations are already strong enough to support it.
